Complex Panorama is located in the unique forest land, at the foot of the mountain, not far from the sea coast, reveals a magnificent view to the whole Sunny beach bay, in an area with low-rise cottages, between Sunny beach resort and St. Vlas resort. The area of the complex is 4000 sqm.

Sunny beach is a U-shaped bay opened to the east with 8 km long golden sand beach, clear, calm and safe water, close to mountains and seacoast. The average summer temperature - 28°С (air), 25°С (seawater), with over 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October.

The project of complex "Panorama" consists of three "family" houses with separate "module" apartments. The apartments in every house are separated one from another with staircase landings. The size of each apartment can be chosen by the client – from one room with a bathroom to three room apartments. It is possible the client to buy the whole floor.

The prices of the apartments are calculated depending the terms of payment – payment in installments or 100% payment, as well as depending on finish off stage of the apartment.
